AND TWINS

Sorry, loaded all of my old mp3's into winamp and that golden nugget played a few minutes ago.

It's been a while, sorry. I know you've missed me. Some random thoughts, as usual:

Another thing I miss about college: nothing, really, to stop you from being able to watch most of the beginning of the NCAA tournament. The first four days of the tournament are really the only basketball I've ever enjoyed watching. It extends further if my bracket is still in decent shape or some low seed is upsetting everyone. Instead, now I have a real job and miss everything. That's lame.

Anyways, not that you care, but my final four is Kansas, Florida, Georgetown and Texas A&M - with Kansas over Texas A&M for the championship. Got 13 of 16 today and my Sweet 16 is still entirely intact. As for not seeing any games, it looked like a lot of higher seeds blowing out lower seeds, so I didn't miss too much excitement. And congrats to Mike W, who finally did NOT pick Gonzaga to win it all, and still has a reasonably decent bracket after they got knocked out in the first round. We've all been waiting for a long time for this day. Now we have to teach him to brown meat and use electric appliances. Baby steps.

The major upset of the day: there's this door at work that has a sign on it that says "Please keep door closed" yet, you guessed it, it is ALWAYS cracked open. Morning, noon and night. It's like picking a 1/16 game in the tournament, where door open = the 1 seed. And yup, today I saw it closed, for the first time in probably forever. Tomorrow will bring a plague of locusts, with a chance of fire and brimstone.

I'm currently addicted to REO Speedwagon's "Take it on the Run" - great song.

I HATE those computer ads that pop up right in front of your screen and you basically are required to click the x to continue what you're doing. I don't mean pop-up ads, I mean the ones that take over the screen you're reading or working with. If you ever want to drive me completely crazy, now you know what to do.

I don't understand Winamp - there are 284 songs loaded into it right now, and I swear everytime I let it go and play random, I hear the same songs.

Gonna call it a night. I've got a kind of neat post in the works, if I ever get a chance to finish it. Keep a look out.
